About commissions

Here is the process on this will work!

- After you have contacted us and made your purchase, I will begin the sketch process (sketched portrait option will be getting a cleaned up version of the sketch process, don't worry!) and send it to you to get approval or any changes need to be made.

- Once approved, I will start to continue the process and refunds will NOT be possible. During this process, I will send another update to show how far I am, so you can decide if I should change anything MINOR.

- After that has been established, I will finish up the painting and email it to you!

-The painting will usually take 1-2 weeks depending on how many other commissions I have. If it will take longer than expected, then I will make sure to notify you! I do not do rushed paintings.

This listing is for a custom digital painting commission with a downloadable zip FILE. In the zip file, it will include a jpg and png file. The files themselves will be in a dimension of 10"x12" at 300 dpi. This file will be EMAILED to you. You MUST provide photo references, so please remember to give me as much detail as possible. If you have any other questions, PLEASE feel free to shoot me a message.

You may NOT distribute these to sell and can only be used for personal use. You may let me know if I cannot use your painting as an example photo in my portfolio when you check out, otherwise it is okay for me to use.

I provide multiple options of either a fully painted piece, a black and white piece, or just a plain sketch if you want something quick and cheap! Any portrait is possible as long as you have reference photos for me! (Yes, that includes original characters or fanart)
